As a 2nd generation company, MLD Homes as been through it all and learned to create customer relationships through the process of crafting excellent, well-planned construction. We are dedicated to the customer experience, educating and collaborating with our homeowners to build something that is truly custom and tailored to their lifestyle and long-term home goals. From design to handing you the keys to your new home, the MLD team will be there to make sure the end result is nothing short of a dream. Landon Day, President & Founder
Landon is a second-generation builder and has been working in the construction industry since 2010. He is a graduate of Texas A&M Commerce, and his passions include spending time with his family, golfing, and cooking. Landon is dedicated to perfecting his craft as a homebuilder and is currently working to achieve his Certified Graduate Builder designation through the National Association of Homebuilders.
Ashley Day, Vice President & Design Consultant
Ashley is primarily involved with all back-office work, helping to keep things organized and running as smoothly as possible. Her passions include spending time with her family and friends, nutrition and fitness, and all things design and decor.

We fully assist our homeowners with each step, including lot acquisitions, architectural development, planning and budgeting, through construction and move-in.
